Our operations staff monitors all air freight, ocean freight & ground shipments 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you need more shipping tracking information than is provided by our online "track a shipment" feature, please call 800-755-1001 or send an email message to info@shannonexpress.com with any and all requests. A dispatcher is on call, when the office is closed, monitoring the phone calls and emails.
