5/8/02 It is most unusual in this day and age to do business with a company that in all areas of contact that I (as a customer) is greeted with enthusiasm and courtesy in all areas of dealings. My daughter in Worcester Mass shipped via your company a chair, foot stool and table. You picked it up, packed it, shipped it and delivered it all as agreed on. 8/19/96 I am writing to commend your workers, who picked up a large shipment of goods going to Japan - 83 heavy boxes and 6 full file cabinets, to be exact! To complicate matters further, they had to carry each box up two flights of stairs (due to the odd layout of the building). They did this cheerfully and with a sense of humor, even though they had been expecting a much different scenario. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated their efforts.

I would like to express my gratitude for the effort extended by the rate department. They fielded a number of calls from me during the Fourth of July holiday and were extremely helpful and polite despite being bothered a number of times by me as I worked through the intricacies of trying to send an overseas shipment under a tight time schedule.
